William at 1st is excellent. I had several issues and he knew what to do almost immediately. I had some weak pressure all of a sudden from my kitchen faucet and he knew to look at the valves below the sink. Turns out the builder went cheap and installed 2 dollar valves with rubber washers that had disintegrated and were all through my lines clogging my faucet. I was prepared to replace the regulator or something but this quick fix was all it was. Pricing was cheaper than the other main companies I called. William was well mannered, trustworthy and prompt.
